Delivery and Shipping Terms

You are responsible for your order once the package arrives at the supplied delivery address. It is not always necessary for the card holder to sign for any goods ordered. We cannot be held responsible if the package goes missing once delivered. If any goods are received faulty or damaged you must notify us within 7 days of receiving them (via email) quoting your order reference.

Deliveries are usually made by the Royal Mail. We are unable to give instructions to the couriers with regards to leaving items elsewhere such as with neighbours or in garden sheds. If, when ordering, you left instructions to this effect we must apologise as this is not possible.

If you require next working day delivery goods must be ordered by 3:30pm.

We can only deliver to UK addresses. Please note we do not refund postage

Your order may be delayed if there are any unexpected stock shortages. (You will be notified by e-mail or telephone if this is the case).

Your order may also be delayed if we fail to get authorisation for payment for your order. (We run independent security checks which include postcode matching, user surnames & card usage patterns. These checks are essential to prevent credit card fraud).

Cancel an order

To cancel your order please send an email quoting your order reference and reason for cancellation to please note that orders can not be cancelled after dispatch.

Returning faulty or damaged goods

Any item may be returned for any reason within 10 days of the date of dispatch so long as it remains in a saleable condition (Read more about this in the Terms and Conditions clauses). We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser.

Please note that, with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot accept software or goods containing software where the seal has been broken. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To return Accesories to (Plankton Ltd.) - parcel them securely, including all manuals, accessories and original packaging.
